Once a month, I open the studio doors to just eight people for a slower kind of evening.
We’ll begin with a gentle walk along the beach, taking time to pause, notice what’s around us and reflect. We’ll then return to the studio for a warm drink, conversation and a simple creative practice inspired by the evening.
No artistic experience is needed. This isn’t about creating a masterpiece, it’s about making space for yourself, meeting kind people and leaving feeling a little lighter than when you arrived.
Each Studio Evening will be different, drawing on poetry, painting, journalling and creativity in whatever form feels right for the season.

I created Studio Evenings because I believe creativity feels different when it’s shared. My hope is that you’ll leave feeling inspired, connected and with a little more warmth than when you arrived.

A slow, creative morning by the sea, turning a moment in Cornwall into your own handmade postcard.
Join Cornwall artist & poet Bella Wilhm for a relaxed two-hour beach and studio experience in Perranporth, Cornwall.
Beginning with a gentle walk down to the beach, using the coastline around you to gather inspiration - Bella will guide you to notice colours, textures, sounds and small details you might otherwise walk past.
Through simple creative prompts, you’ll collect marks, words and ideas before heading back to Bella’s nearby studio to turn them into your very own mixed-media postcard.
Play with charcoal, ink, collage, texture and words to create something completely personal. No art experience needed, no pressure to make something “perfect”.
Just a couple of hours slowing down and enjoying your connection with Cornwall differently.
Included:
Guided coastal inspiration walk - Ground is sandy, uneven and requires unaided stability. Bare feet welcomed.
