The Creative Ride Along the Camel Trail: A Mindful Cycling Experience

The Creative Ride - A Mindful Cycling Experience Along the Camel Trail

Always wanted to hike the Camel Trail in Cornwall? Why not try something more creative, relaxing and reflective and join me for The Creative Ride — either in the quiet of the early morning or the glow of sunset?

Over the summer, I’ll be hosting a bi-weekly morning or evening cycle along the Camel Trail, with mindful sketching, writing prompts, refreshments and full-day bike hire.

We’ll move at a relaxed pace along this beautiful stretch of Cornwall, stopping at scenic spots to pause and reflect. With gentle guidance, you’ll be invited to explore simple creative practices such as sketching, line-making and journaling prompts (sketchbook and materials included).

Along the way, you’ll enjoy a smoothie and a snack, giving you a moment to rest and take it all in.

The guided experience lasts around three hours, after which your bike is yours for the rest of the day. Continue exploring the Camel Trail, revisit your favourite places, or simply enjoy the freedom to ride at your own pace.

Whether you come for the scenery, the creativity, or a moment of calm, this is an experience designed to leave you feeling refreshed, inspired and more connected to the world around you.

There’s no pressure to write or sketch anything, and no experience needed.
