The story behind the piece…
Aerial Harmony was inspired by one of my earliest memories of Cornwall.
Manifesting is one of the largest original pieces I’ve created and explores the quiet relationship between trust, possibility and letting go.
Inspired by the ocean’s constant movement, the painting is built from flowing layers of blues, greens and soft neutrals that feel both calming and full of energy. It reflects the belief that, much like the tide, life has a way of carrying us exactly where we’re meant to be.
Hidden within the painting is a line from one of the poems in my debut collection, Hot Water Bottle, woven into the layers as a quiet reminder that our thoughts, hopes and dreams often begin long before we see them become reality.
Like all of my original artwork, Manifesting began as words in a journal before becoming paint on a canvas.
It is currently hanging in my Cornwall studio and is waiting to find the right home. 🤍
