The story behind the piece…
Current is part of a limited collection of digital illustrations inspired by the movement, rhythm and energy of the Cornish coastline.
The piece explores the invisible forces that shape both the sea and our lives. Just as ocean currents quietly carry everything in their path, life often has its own gentle way of guiding us, even when we don’t yet understand where we’re heading.
Created from layered textures and coastal tones, each print is individually signed and numbered and is accompanied by the poem that inspired its creation, allowing the words and artwork to be experienced together.
Like all of my artwork, Current began as a journal entry before evolving into a visual piece inspired by Cornwall’s coastline.
Current is available in a limited number of prints in two sizes. 🤍
Purchasing my art: how it works
If this piece feels like it belongs in your home, I’d love to hear from you.
Complete the enquiry form below, sharing what drew you to the artwork and what you feel it’s worth. I personally read every enquiry, not simply based on the offer, but on the connection you have with the piece.
If it feels like the right fit, I’ll be in touch to arrange payment, discuss framing if you’d like it, and organise collection or carefully packaged delivery.
I hope every painting finds the home it was always meant for.
Finding the right home
Rather than displaying a fixed price, I’d love each of my original paintings to find the person they truly resonate with.
To help you understand the work, I’ve shared the materials used, the time invested and the story behind the piece. Whilst many artists use the dimensions of a painting as one factor when calculating value, I believe the connection someone feels to a piece is just as important.
If Aerial Harmony feels like it belongs in your home, I’d love to hear what drew you to it, along with what you feel it’s worth.
If this piece has found you at the right time, I’d love to hear its story from your perspective too.
